Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for all activities required to acquire and maintain customers in the healthcare markets. Generate new prospects and service existing customers primarily by phone and email to increase sales and cultivate existing relations. Provides support to customers and occasionally conducts field visits as needed. Responsibilities include: achieving growth targets, expanding customer relationships, developing a sales pipeline that achieves growth goals and communication of customer requirements throughout the organization.


  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers to achieve assigned growth targets
  • Identify new customer and develop prosperous relationships
  • Develop and perfect a variety of new customer acquisition techniques include: trade show engagements, cold calls, customer referrals and other prospecting techniques
  • Develop market knowledge, align sales material and product features with the market requirements
  • Coordinate activities required to support existing customers and generate new sales
  • Identify areas of improvement within the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special requirements, pertinent information, and feedback received from the general market to appropriate company staff or customers
  • Plan, develop and implement specific sales activities to drive sales
  • Update CRM system with the required sales data needed to complete and fulfil the sales cycle
  • Maintain clear and concise communication of customer requirements throughout the organization - i.e. production, graphic designs, marketing and shipping


  • Minimum of 3 years' of experience in B2B/B2C sales or related experience
  • Minimum of an Associate's degree, Bachelor's preferred
  • Proficient computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Must have a valid driver's license
